Bathhouse Besigheim

Besigheim's former public bathhouse was built in the early 15th century and was in use up to 1654. Here the townspeople took their baths and subjected themselves to bloodletting and other minor surgical procedures. The bathhouse has been open to the public again since 2005 and can be viewed during guided tours of the town.
