The Rossknecht brewery restaurant combines genuine brewery tradition with Swabian hospitality. Located on the site of the former riding arena in the beautiful Baroque city of Ludwigsburg, this is one of the favourite meeting places for young and old alike. The cosy Braustübl in Biedermeier style offers both quiet corners and room for socialising with a group of business associates. In the Brauerei Rossknecht's kitchens great attention is paid to the use of regional produce with short transport distances and local, top-quality ingredients. For this the restaurant has been awarded two "Lions" by the state of Baden-Württemberg.
