EWS-Arena Göppingen

The multifunctional hall with lots of charm was built in 1967 and extended and thoroughly modernised in 2009. In addition to the central event area (c. 1,150 sq.m), the EWS Arena also has a second hall with 1,000 m² and a glass façade, which can be used either in conjunction with the Arena or separately. Whether for top sporting occasions, concerts, cultural events or works meetings, the compact architecture of the EWS Arena allows a wide range of seating options. The stage can be set up along the long or short sides, and in varying sizes and heights, just as required. Depending on the position and size of the stage, the EWS Arena can hold up to 5,500 visitors. For smaller events the interior can be reduced to around 600 m² by means of suspension elements. This almost familiar event construction creates an unforgettable ambience for around 1,000 guests. In addition, the foyer with its stylish black décor also offers a wealth of possibilities, as do the seven boxes, furnished with much attention to detail, which are suspended over the standing room like hanging gardens.
