Vaihingen's medieval town centre with its lovingly restored timbered buildings has lots of enticing retail stores that are ideal for a shopping spree, particularly around the marketplace and along Stuttgarter Straße. There's convenient parking in the Parkhaus Innenstadt, a multi-storey car park only two minutes' walk away.
