Sommerhofen Park Sindelfingen

Sommerhofen Park has been the green calling card of the town of Sindelfingen since the state horticultural exhibition of 1990. On fine weekends hundreds of visitors can be seen strolling through its extensive grounds. Typical of Sommerhofen Park are its alternating areas of ornamental and natural lawns, well-tended perennials, indigenous wild plants and wetland biotopes. One of the highlights: the idyllic rose garden. Works by various artists are also to be found in the park, and of course it's ideal for joggers, Nordic walkers and strollers...

There's an inviting beer garden at the centre of the park and a refreshing Kneipp basin in the northern part, which is supplied with spring water from March to October.
